I've been to this cinema a few times now. For such a large cinema it has a very small concessions stand (with a maximum of 3 or 4 cashiers) , so lines often occur no matter how busy it is. On my most recent visit, the upstairs ladies toilet that serves screens 1-3 had no toilet paper. Surprising considering these screens are the biggest and there are only 3 cubicles. It must be extremely difficult to use on truly busy nights. The staff are nice but they seem to be rather understaffed. My ticket isn't often checked, which I don't find in other Odeons. Screen 1 had surprisingly narrow seats in comparison to other screens and to other Odeon cinemas, which I found quite strange. Overall the experience was okay, but it isn't the best Odeon to visit (though generally Odeons aren't the best cinema chain, so this is somewhat understandable)
Decent proceed snack counter and tickets, nicely sized screens, comfortable chairs and clean bathrooms. The staff where also really nice and pleasant!

Gorgeous cinema, seats are soooooo comfy and recline!! Screens are great, very clean and staff are friendly. Would highly recommend. Worth the money
Nice, intimate cinema rooms. Lovely "vibe". Cool decor. Hideously marked-up and overpriced food - the standard cinema experience. Take your own popcorn and drinks, recline in a chair and enjoy.

I did a play in a week at this place it was fun and I made new friends. The staff there were really nice to all. I have not seen a play here but know they are successful, it is quite an odd place and does have a history. But all in all its a great space and lots of different things are bringing the building back to life.
Fascinating tour of the building to celebrate the official opening and launch the book about its history
