I can highly recommend Dexters Clapham to anyone. They have been super supportive from the start.They are conscientious, professional, always positive, respectful and considerate in their manner and they really do put in a huge amount of effort into their work - a lot!!! I am always greeted with smiling faces when I enter their office. When I call with a question, they give me as much time as I need. Communication within the team is excellent, I get the impression they are supportive with each other as well. They have been incredibly patient with me (I have not been an easy client) and I am very grateful for their efforts and the time they have spent on not only marketing my property, but also dealing with my never ending worries, concerns and questions.
What should have been a fairly straightforward sale proved to be a little more tricky (through no fault of Dexters). However, Dexters continued to support us and cajole the buyer to exchange of contracts. Without this post "agreed sale" support I doubt we would have got to exchange. Dexters' team were professional from the outset and moved quickly, finding a buyer within the time frame set down.

We were lucky enough for Catherine to be appointed to handle the sale of our (rather tricky) new build house. She was fantastic throughout the process; calm, knowledgeable, persistent when needed - she handled our buyer diplomatically, in fact I'm really not sure that the sale would have gone through without her help. Knight Frank as an agency were incredibly professional, honest and although they perhaps didn't get the volume of prospective buyers through the door that we hoped for, in the end, the only thing that matters is that they closed the deal, and we sold it for the right price. Can't recommend them highly enough for Dulwich and East Dulwich.

As a first time buyer it can be a pretty daunting purchasing a house especially when doing it by myself. After having a quick call with Edward she showed me around a few properties all which were right up my street. He understood my needs in a home with no hidden agendas and my best interests at heart. He was always on time and was super reactive, I requested to view a property 1 hour ahead of the time and he made it happen! With so many estate agents out there Edward stood out as he wasn't pushy he took the time to understand my needs and thus was successful in introducing me to my new home!

I had a non-standard sale to deal with which took 2 years from the time of initial valuation to actually being put on the market. The staff at Oaks, particularly Gabriel Okafor, were nothing but patient, helpful and understanding during this difficult time. Once the property was on the market, I was kept fully informed of viewings and any offers made and loved the fact that Gabriel was tenacious in keeping the solicitors on both sides on their toes so that delays in the sales process were kept to a minimum. At every stage I was made to feel that I was a valued and important client. Gabriel's friendly personality and totally professional attitude have restored my faith in estate agents!
Had 2 flats for sale through Oaks, they sold both and gave us a fantastic service throughout. Always there if we had any questions and Elias is a very polite and professional person to deal with. Gabriel the manager was at hand to smooth over any small problems and most impressively they managed to get from offer accepted to completion in just 6 weeks !! well done guys, and a huge thank you.
